We  are a Health & Safety Institute and an American Red Cross Licensed Training Provider. We provide Adult & Pediatric CPR, First Aid, AED Training. In addition, we provide certified training in Basic Life Saving (BLS) for Healthcare provider for healthcare professionals., Babysitter Training, Opioid Overdose Response with Narcan, First Aid for Severe Trauma, Life Threatening Bleeding, and Wilderness Survival Training.

HDTS provides  Active Violence Emergency Response Training (AVERT). Through this training, groups get the tools to understand how to recognize warning signs, react quickly in an active shooter situation, and learn how to control bleeding in life-threatening situations. AVERT is active shooter response training with the addition of techniques on how to stop the bleed of victims.  

HDTS provides direct services to individuals or teams looking to improve performance. We work with individuals and teams to establish routines, goal setting, mindfulness, visualization, behavioral modification, and cohesiveness.
